Privacy statement
Trust is central to executive search. Get Headhunted Group therefore handles the personal data of professionals, clients and business contacts carefully, discreetly and transparently.
1. Who is responsible?
Get Headhunted Group Netherlands C.V. is responsible for processing personal data. Questions may be sent to dennis.wolf@getheadhuntedgroup.nl or discussed by telephone on +31 (0)85 505 55 07.
2. Which data do we process?
We process only information you provide or that is required for our services, including contact details, professional background, resumé, experience, ambitions and correspondence. For a website enquiry, this may also include the selected role category, requested support, timeline, contact preference and any voluntary attachment.
3. Why do we use this data?
We use this information for personal contact, executive-search assignments, assessing a potential match, guiding discussions and meeting contractual or legal obligations. Processing is based on consent, an agreement, a legal obligation or a legitimate business interest, depending on the situation.
4. Sharing, retention and security
A professional is never introduced to a client without prior agreement. We share information only when required for an assignment, with consent or where required by law. Data is retained no longer than necessary and protected against loss or unauthorised access.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer or object to processing. You may also withdraw earlier consent. Contact us using the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
6. Website and cookies
For result measurement, a secure session cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. It stores a random session reference, the original traffic source and up to 30 visited knowledge articles. We measure page views, brochure download clicks, search explorations and successfully stored enquiries; measurement data is deleted within 30 days. Search answers remain in your browser until you submit the enquiry form. We do not identify people or companies from these measurements. We do not use the Leadfeeder tracker or its cookies. We record limited visit data such as the page viewed, date and time, referring website, country, device type and IP address to understand website use and investigate misuse or unusual access. This data is accessible only to the owner in a secure management area and is deleted within 30 days. You may object to this processing using the email address above.
