We process only information you provide or that is required for our services, including contact details, professional background, resumé, experience, ambitions and correspondence. For a website enquiry, this may also include the selected role category, requested support, timeline, contact preference and any voluntary attachment.
3. Why do we use this data?
We use this information for personal contact, executive-search assignments, assessing a potential match, guiding discussions and meeting contractual or legal obligations. Processing is based on consent, an agreement, a legal obligation or a legitimate business interest, depending on the situation.
4. Sharing, retention and security
A professional is never introduced to a client without prior agreement. We share information only when required for an assignment, with consent or where required by law. Data is retained no longer than necessary and protected against loss or unauthorised access.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer or object to processing. You may also withdraw earlier consent. Contact us using the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
6. Website and cookies
This website does not use analytical or marketing cookies. To improve the website, we record limited, privacy-friendly visit data such as the page viewed, date and time, referring website, country, device type and a masked IP range. The full IP address is not stored. The data is used only for aggregated visitor insights, is accessible solely in a secure management area and is deleted within 90 days.
